The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. I am a translator by education. Life circumstances and jobs often lead me into sales. Within sales business, my obligations usually were working with clients who refused working with our company more than once and finding a way to create partnerships with them. I have been into real estate business for over 4 years. I started as a photographer and agent, then quickly after that started worling only as an agent thanks to good results with difficult clients. After that I've been given a management position. Soon after that I founded my own real estate agency with 3 other partners which would  work succesfully for more than 1 year. I felt that there was something more I want to do with real estate and I decided to found Dandelion Real Estae with Katarina Gagić who shared similar business values with me.
