There is a separate apartment on each floor and they are connected to each other by an internal staircase, which makes the building extremely usable for office and/or business space, as well as a residential/business combination (which would require adaptation).

The possibility of adapting the building to the tenant’s needs and/or for the tenant to adapt the building to their needs, while acceptable investments are deducted from the rent.

In the yard, there is a possibility of parking for up to 12 vehicles.
