Opis
The plot is located in the Gornja Gorica neighborhood in Podgorica, near the Podgorica-Danilovgrad boulevard, with City Kvart, Delta City, and the University of Montenegro in the wider vicinity. The total area of the plot before the construction of the asphalt road was 4,660 m², but after the road was built, it was divided into three parts:
