Thousands of bamboo plants have been planted around the building and along the perimeter wall, creating excellent shade and a natural privacy barrier. Within the courtyard, 20 to 30 trees are scattered, including boxwood, magnolia, olive, citrus, peach, pear, apple, and privet, making for a lush and picturesque environment.

Adjacent to a natural river, an artificial pond has been excavated along the riverbank. With an abundant water supply, it was previously used for cultivating wild rice shoots and has the potential to be transformed into a fishing pond or an ecological landscape water feature.

The entire piece of land from the roadside to the riverside, including the entire building, is priced at 3 million euros.
