Opis
House 132m2 and property 3405m2 are located in Ćurilac, 2 km before Danilovgrad (from the direction of PG) and is located exactly between the new boulevard (400m away) and the road Podgorica — Spuž — Danilovgrad (300m away). Danilovgrad can be reached in less than 3 minutes by car, while Podgorica is a maximum of 15 minutes drive (to Big Fashion mall).
The house was built in 2022 and is completely finished on the outside, from the interior work, it remains to lay the floor on some 60m2 (ceramics have already been installed in the rest of the house), to install switches, sockets and an electricity clock, whitewashing (not plastered) and the door.
