Opis
The building was built in 2015. The primary purpose is the provision and care of users, in this regard the building has specific architectural solutions and has special equipment to adapt to the purpose. The accommodation capacity is 30 users, the rough orientational division of the space inside the building is into the central part, left and right wing. Within the complex there are 18 rooms, each with a separate toilet, of which 6 are single and 12 are double, a room for physical therapy, which is characterized by the fact that the majority of the floor and wall surface is tiled with ceramic tiles, a room with a bathtub with a crane, a laundry room, a morgue with all necessary installations, nurse’s room, social worker’s office, management office, outpatient clinic, dining room, reception kitchen, 2 toilets in the corridor, living room.
The yard is landscaped, with a regular square shape, equipped with hydrant and lighting systems, fenced on all sides, the main gate is made of wrought iron placed on a wall made of brick products, the other parts of the gate are wire. There is one pedestrian and two vehicular entrances, the first is the main entrance to the building, the second is the mortuary from the back.
In the courtyard of the complex there is an orchard, a pond, a barn, two sheds, a diesel generator and a warehouse, where they would state that the mentioned objects are not cadastrally registered.
