Opis
The first floor of the house is for rent, in the very heart of the old town. The center, baston and sports center are 5 minutes away. Ideal for students or families who have a school/university in the immediate vicinity.
The house is fully equipped, it has a refrigerator, oven, flat plate, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. In the bathroom there is an ordinary heater + a small air conditioner that heats the room in 10 minutes. The living room and kitchen have wall radiators. There is also a portable radiator for the bedroom. Of course, the air conditioning is there as well.
The living room and bedroom are separate, there is a possibility of pulling out the furniture in the living room for another smaller bed. Internet, Samsung TV. Bedroom with 2 larger closets and custom made shelves that you can use for shoes or bags. The premises are spacious.
There is also a set for the garden which is currently in the house.
The yard has a box and a house that you can use if you have a dog. For a dog in the house, you would have to make a deal. Large breeds are also ok.
